Although Roy is not from Iowa, 7 years in Iowa City made him feel like a native. He then lived for 40 years in Kansas City before moving to Colorado to follow his daughters’ relocations to Denver. Surprisingly — as the time has gone by so fast — Roy and his wife Linda have made Denver their home for 10 years (although they're not sure when they qualify for “native-ish” status).
